Biography

Kalwan Kwan spent over 30 years in and out of penal establishments, mixing with people, some of whom seemed to be quite feared, wondering around in various universities talking here and there, looking around as an expert for the HKCAAVQ, still cherishing every moment of his life, and enjoying individuals who bump into his little space.
